Raster: .tiff, .jpeg, .png (300 dpi preferred, the larger the better) 

For files larger than 15mb, please contact us before hand and we can supply an upload option using our Dropbox. 

Redraws: For original art, if suitable file cannot be provided, a redraw will be necessary. Simple art clean-up is included in our art service, but more complex projects, requiring several hours' work, will be subject to a redraw fee. We will advise before hand. While the final outcome of a redraw will be as close as possible, exact duplication of the original submission is not guaranteed. 

Digital Renders: We are happy to provide one set of complimentary renders per potential order, within one business day.

Proofs & Revised Renders: Upon receipt of purchase order and suitable art file, a proof and render will be provided 
within one* business day. * If art requires redraw, please allow more time
